Meta Gloss UK is the sole UK importer for Meta Gloss EU products. 

Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders the same working day for orders received by 12.30pm, although this is not always possible during peak periods. 

• Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £5.85 (up to £2.5kg)
• Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £3.75 (up to 1.0kg)
• Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £4.75 (1.1-2.5kg)
• DHL premium service (for mainland* only) for Mon-Fri: £7.95 (next day or orders over 2.5kg). Normally next day but in some regions can be longer
• Orders > £100 are eligible for free standard delivery by Royal Mail Tracked 48 or DHL (mainland ony) if over 2.5kg
• Courier service (DHL) is available to mainland customers only for delivery from Monday to Friday. If this option is selected by a customer in Northern Ireland or the Highlands and Islands of the UK, an alternative carrier will be used and the difference in cost refunded. Please contact us to upgrade to a Saturday delivery.

Returns and Replacements
Please contact us before returning the item to let us know why you're returning it. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. A return will be refunded within 14 days of receipt if returned unopened and undamaged. Original postage charges will only be refunded if all items in an order are returned. If you are returning part of an order that qualified for free shipping, the cost of the service used will be deducted from the value of the item returned if if the order value then drops below the free postage threshold.

Returned packages must be paid for at your expense; we cannot accept COD deliveries. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

Ordering
Orders can be made via the website or by contacting us directly by email. Do not send your card details in an email; we will send an online invoice to you. We cannot take orders over the phone.

Payment and Pricing
We accept online payment in a secure environment for credit cards, debit cards and PayPal. Please note that we do not collect any information regarding credit/debit cards and you are transferred to Shopify or PayPal's secure servers. All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate, are inclusive of UK sales tax at the current rate. We are not currently VAT registered. We reserve the right to change prices, and these will be shown on the website.

Our liability
We will not be liable to you where performance of any of our obligations is prevented or restricted by any circumstance or cause beyond our reasonable control.
You are responsible for the use you make of the products you order, which must be used as per recommended dosage instructions, and we advise patch testing prior to use for topically applied products. To the extent not prohibited by law, we accept no liability for any loss that is not reasonably foreseeable or for any business loss (which includes loss of profits, contracts, goodwill, opportunity and other similar losses). Nothing in this section or elsewhere in our Trading Terms affects your statutory legal rights.
