How to use

Meta Gloss works on wet, dry and dirty coats and will help repel dirt and make grooming much easier.

However to maximise its efficacy, we recommend to use it after bathing your horse, while the coat is still damp.

Meta Gloss Gel

Our gel comes in a 250ml bottle.

After a shower, when your horses mane and tail are squeaky clean and still damp, pour a small amount of gel into your palm and rub between your hands before massaging thoroughly into the hair. Gently brush through, carefully removing any knots as you go. We find a nice flat paddle brush works well. Once dry, the mane and tail will stay tangle free with very little attention for many days, depending on conditions.

If you use it on a dry or dirty mane spray a little Meta Gloss spray first and brush through gently then apply the gel as above.

This gel dried completely non sticky and leaving a silk like texture to your horses hair

The spray is in a 500ml bottle complete with the spray pump.

Our UNIQUE spray can be used before the gel on dry mane and tail, but is excellent applied sparingly with a brush or cloth to the coat AVOIDING THE SADDLE AREA FOR RIDDEN HORSES. dirt urine and stable stains will be much easier to remove during grooming and the coat will have added sheen.

Meta Gloss spray also dissolves and removes dirt and dust in the coat.

The spray refill is a 2.5l container ideal for topping up your spray bottle. Ingredients as per the 500ml spray.

About us

Gaynor and Ian have been breeding KFPS registered friesian horses since 2012 and visit Netherlands multiple times a year to train and attend shows.

Fraithwen Friesians is established in the UK as top end breeders of KFPS registered full studbook Friesians, and during our recent visit to the KFPS Stallion Gradings in Netherlands to see one of our stallions compete, discovered Meta Gloss.

Gaynor had to know what product had been used in our stallions mane and tail, as it felt wonderful. After some investigation she found the manufacturer and discovered there was no UK importer, despite the products being very well known and established on the continent for over 20 years.

This was our introduction to this wonderful brand, and we just had to bring it onto the UK for others to benefit.
